Our minimum is 30 guests for tray catering and 50 guests for a full buffet setup. For wedding packages, The Kenduri starts from 150 guests.
Yes — we regularly cater events of 300–600 guests. For events over 400 pax, we recommend booking at least 8 weeks in advance.
For weddings and large events (200+), book 6–8 weeks ahead. For corporate and tray orders, 1–2 weeks works. Peak season (Raya, school holidays) books fast — don't wait.
Absolutely. All packages are starting points, not fixed menus. We build your spread around your preferences, dietary needs, and budget.
Yes. Our kitchen holds a valid JAKIM Halal Certificate. All suppliers are Halal-certified and our processes follow strict MS1500 standards.
100% pork-free. Our kitchen, equipment, and entire supply chain are Halal at every step — no exceptions, ever.
Of course. Our Halal food is simply excellent food made with care. Many corporate clients have mixed teams — everyone eats happily.
60+ days before: full refund minus RM 100 admin fee. 30–59 days: 50% refund. Under 30 days: deposit is non-refundable. We are always reasonable — talk to us if something unexpected comes up.
Yes, subject to availability. Date changes 30+ days out are free. Changes within 30 days incur a RM 200 rescheduling fee.
Reducing by up to 15% is accommodated free with 7 days' notice. Increases are subject to kitchen capacity — contact us as soon as you know.
We cover all of Selangor, Kuala Lumpur, and Putrajaya. For events further afield, contact us directly — we travel for selected events with a supplement.
Yes. Our team sets up all warmers, tables, serviceware, and decorations before the event, and clears everything afterward. You don't lift a finger.
Typically 1.5–2 hours before your event start time. We confirm the exact schedule in your booking confirmation.
A 30% deposit confirms your booking. The balance is due 7 days before your event date.
Bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank), DuitNow QR, and cash for on-day balance payments.
Deposits are non-refundable within 30 days of the event. Earlier cancellations may qualify for a partial refund — see our cancellation policy below.
We monitor weather closely and come prepared. For outdoor events, we strongly recommend a covered tent. We adapt our setup to ensure food safety regardless of conditions.
For smaller orders (30–80 pax), we can sometimes accommodate 48–72 hour notice. Call us directly — the online form is slower for urgent requests.
Yes. All packages include full serviceware: plates, cutlery, serving spoons, warmers, and table cloths. Disposables are available for tray orders at no extra charge.
